GreenLight supported the European commission with Technical Assistance for the development of the EU Project Preparation Facility (PPF) Terms of reference and the Mozambique Energy Services Access Program (MESAP) Action Document (94 Million EUR fund). This project identification /formulation mission focused on the support for the following 6 components in the energy sector:
- Grid densification;
- Solar Home Systems;
- Mini-grids;
- Improved cook-stoves;
- Energy efficiency;
- Productive use of energy.
